Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Chile seeks a Sr. Manager IT Transformation & Strategy to lead IT commercial projects across LATAM.

You'll partner with business and IT leaders to align global strategies with local execution, delivering value from IT investments. You will manage relationships, drive roadmaps, budgeting, and governance, and oversee deployment of digital tools like AI, analytics, and automation while fostering a high-performance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
8+ years in analysis, design and implementation of IT-related commercial, procurement, finance, big data, digital projects.
5+ years in release planning or project-management roles.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Desirable SAP experience.
Understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, etc).
Experience in data analytics and reporting (BI tools).
Ability to manage risk and release mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

Act as single point of contact for technical/commercial/digital requirements across LATAM markets.
Translate business needs into roadmaps, milestones and KPIs for IT Transformation & Strategy.
Lead global and local IT projects ensuring on-time, on-budget deployment.
Integrate digital tools (e.g., RPA, AI, Analytics) into business operations aligning with standards.
