Job summary

Grünenthal Group is seeking an IT leader for its Chile & Ecuador sites, accountable for the IT agenda and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business value. You will partner with site leadership to shape strategy, KPIs, and opportunities, translating priorities into a clear digital roadmap aligned with global technology goals.

The role emphasizes digitalization, data-driven initiatives, and ensuring reliable, secure IT services to support continuity and growth.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in IT leadership and IT business partnering.
Experience in manufacturing/operations environments preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of digital transformation and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the site IT agenda and act as primary IT leadership contact for Chile & Ecuador.
Advise Site Leadership on strategy, KPIs and opportunities; align tech with business goals.
Translate site priorities into a transparent IT and digital roadmap.
Drive digitalization, data, automation and AI initiatives.
Ensure end-to-end delivery and value realization of site IT projects.
Provide reliable, secure, scalable IT services for business continuity.
Improve user experience and IT landscape through continuous improvement.
