InterSystems Corporation seeks a Regional Head of Product Support to lead LATAM, setting strategic direction and overseeing performance across the region. You will represent Product Support at executive forums and drive cost-effective service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with global strategy.

You will guide senior managers, shape regional strategy, and influence product priorities while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and organizational capability development.

Formación

• 12+ years’ experience leading enterprise software support and/or service organisations.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country operations.
• Credibility engaging CIOs, executive sponsors, and senior healthcare leaders.
• Operate as part of a senior regional management team and influence cross-functional outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a customer-first culture across the regional Product Support organisation.
• Provide leadership to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at executive governance forums.
• Shape regional strategy, contributing to commercial and investment discussions and resource planning.
• Lead the regional Product Support organisation through experienced managers, overseeing workforce planning and leadership development.
• Influence global and regional product strategy by representing regional needs at governance forums.
• Own the regional service delivery operating model for Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements, and upgrades.
• Establish and lead regional service governance with KPIs and analytics for accountability.
• Embed a consultative approach to customer engagement to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Oversee major incident management, change governance, and release readiness.
• Modernise the operating model with automation and data-driven decisions.
• Strengthen communication across regional and global stakeholders.
• Develop future regional support leaders and a culture of ownership.
