Signant Health, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to provide IT support for our global end-user community, including remote workers. You will handle incident management, training development, and deployment of new services within project teams.

Key responsibilities include security/compliance coordination, service ownership, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business units. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Formación

• Associates degree in computer science or communications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT end-user support for the global workforce, including remote workers.
• Assist in the development of service-based training for IT members and the wider user community.
• Assist in deployment of new services within assigned project teams.
• Work with the service security team to ensure end-user devices remain compliant.
• Serve as escalation point for issues pertaining to owned services, including road mapping and development.
• Travel as necessary.
• Other responsibilities will be assigned as required.
