• Experience delivering IS&T projects in an EPC environment.
• IT planning, cost estimation and budget control.
• Governance, standards and audit compliance.
• Proven leadership of teams.
• Clear communication with project and global IS&T peers.
• Translate technical terms for management discussion.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based or Bechtel IS&T processes.
• Broad hardware and OS knowledge, including network infra.
• Understanding EPC data integration and project execution.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT operational/technical project support on small to medium projects.
• Lead a small team when needed.
• Implement and support hardware deployments and network infra.
• Update standard software portfolio with input from GBU.
• Evaluate new software, upgrades and security patches.
• Develop standard IS&T processes, policies and procedures.
• Participate in IS&T planning and cost estimation for proposals.
• Lead requirements reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop complex IT reports and automate workflows.
• Provide governance metrics and contractor scoping input.
