Job summary

BHP Chile seeks a governance professional to lead investment governance across a portfolio of major capital projects from its Santiago office. You will coordinate investment papers, board submissions and decision-support materials, ensuring alignment of technical, commercial and functional inputs to a clear investment narrative.

The role requires developing robust investment cases, driving MVS/OW framing, and guiding governance processes through complex approvals with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing governance, investment and approval docs for senior leadership or boards.
• Ability to influence across technical, operational and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and value-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of investment governance deliverables (papers, board submissions).
• Act as governance focal point for capital investments across projects.
• Develop robust investment cases and manage governance processes per Our Requirements.
