SANY Group in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a sales/marketing professional to manage customer relationships, identify client needs, and guide opportunities from lead to contract. The role also includes handling payments and settlement procedures to minimize risks.

Required are a bachelor’s degree (marketing or mechanical fields), strong customer management skills, and fluency in Spanish with working-level English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above from a regular university, preferably in marketing or mechanical-related fields, and with 1 year or more of relevant work experience.
• Possesses strong market development and customer management skills, capable of identifying and extracting customer needs promptly to provide suitable product solutions, and has good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish with working-level English capability.

• Maintain customer relationships and assist in consolidating high-quality clients; manage customer information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer resources and equipment records.
• Identify needs through interaction and communication with customers, facilitate lead-to-opportunity conversion, guide customers to purchase intention, sign contracts; and deliver products to customers.
• Manage outstanding payments, regularly reconcile accounts with customers, mitigate payment risks, minimize payment losses, and ensure payment recovery; proactively handle settlement procedures for clients who have cleared their accounts.

Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a regular university, preferably in marketing or mechanical-related fields, and with 1 year or more of relevant work experience.(Experience of more than 3 years can be loosen to Diploma level)


2. Possesses strong market development and customer management skills, capable of identifying and extracting customer needs promptly to provide suitable product solutions, and has good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.


3. Proficiency in Spanish with working‑level English capability.
