MSA Safety in Chile is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications professional to lead creative projects, manage events, and coordinate corporate messaging across Chile and Peru. You will drive product launches, develop demand creation campaigns, and ensure on-brand content for multi-channel programs with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or related function at agency or internal MarCom department
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task with a sharp focus on detail and timeline management
• Self-starter with resourceful problem solving
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
• Marketing Communications experience including digital marketing, graphic design, and copywriting
• Professional knowledge in advertising, production methods, etc.
• Event planning experience
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment
• Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe

Responsabilidades

• Creative Project Management and Support across regional programs and campaigns
• Development and localization of communication concepts and content
• Text editing/writing and production management for multi-channel tools
• Collaboration with Center of Excellence and Corporate Communications in NA
• Coordinate with external resources to meet deadlines and create content
• Create/direction of digital contents for Segment Marketing
• Monitor effectiveness of communication projects and KPI tracking
• Manage advertising spend and record marketing expenses
• Support digital strategy aligned with product marketing goals
• Coordinate tradeshows and events logistics and booth strategy
• Provide marketing team support for initiatives, launches, and campaigns
• Facilitate translations for Corporate Marcom messaging
• Oversee product launches with Segment Marketing and LAR teams
