The Role

We are looking for an analytical and communication-savvy Insight Analyst. Your role will be key in uncovering insights from data and effectively conveying them to and collaborating with our customers in the aquaculture industry. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure that customers get the maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, contextualize, visualize, and present data
• Transform data into valuable insights
• Communicate complex relationships in a clear and understandable way
• Define and follow up on specific goals together with the customer
• Provide support and act as a sparring partner for our customers
• Guide customers in new decision‑making processes
• Explore new applications for Aquabyte’s data
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking
• Contribute as a cross‑functional resource in Aquabyte’s overall product development

Qualifications

• Experience in the fish farming industry, experience in feeding and production analytics is a must
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Must have demonstrable experience in PowerBI or similar software
• Strong empathy for customers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer facing experience
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills with a process‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in challenging environments and managing one’s own workload
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to inspire others
• Driving license class B
