Singulares.bcorp seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Chilean operation in the southern region, ensuring operational, financial, product, and organizational excellence to meet and exceed budgets.

The successful candidate will have an MSc or equivalent, at least eight years of senior management experience in aquaculture (preferably salmonids), and fluency in English and Spanish, with a proven track record of growth and regulatory compliance.

• MSc degree or reasonable equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant management experience, gained in aqua business.
• Extensive knowledge of aquaculture industry ideally in salmonids.
• Professional level of English and Spanish.

Our client, a leading company in biotechnology research and aquaculture genetics, is searching for a new General Manager to be based in southern Chile. Their core business is the production of genetically advanced fish eggs.

Purpose of the Job

Overall management of the company in Chile, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the business (Operational, Sales, Product and Organizational) with the aim to achieve and exceed budget targets.
