Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to lead expansion across the region. You will own the growth roadmap, shape the business model and partner portfolio, and work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development to drive success in Canada and beyond.

You will manage cross-functional projects, influence senior stakeholders, and move from analysis to execution, with a focus on regional growth and profitability.

Formación

• 4–5+ years in an analytical business role with strategy/consulting or investment banking
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder storytelling

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the business plan for expansion areas and partners across markets
• Advise top-tier partners leveraging Fever’s data and technology
• Turn data into actionable business cases and drive key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows for scalable growth across regions
