Signant Health is seeking a Corporate Communications Channels Specialist to create and distribute internal and external communications. You will manage contact databases, generate analytics, and collaborate with leaders to improve channel performance across global sites.

The role involves planning and delivering communications, updating Navigator pages, and coordinating across time zones to support business priorities and stakeholder needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years in corporate/marketing communications.
• Experience owning CRM and contact databases; accuracy is essential.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Experience delivering communications to large audiences (10,000+).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and external CRM/comms platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; strong time management.
• Able to juggle priorities across multiple time zones in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, write, edit and deliver content through approved internal and external channels.
• Lead planning, production and distribution of regular site communications; incorporate user feedback.
• Maintain and update Navigator pages and contact databases.
• Manage the communications calendar for internal and external comms.
• Provide regular analytics on channel performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to align communications with business priorities.
