Signant Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, and resources align with client expectations. You will communicate openly with clients and internal teams, manage risks, and drive process improvements for efficient delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong SDLC understanding, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to multi-task with multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on first-time quality delivery.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initial delivery tasks across the SDLC for simple to medium complexity studies.
• Ensure project systems are built and released per client expectations and manage change control processes.
• Support the implementation of complex, multi-product projects as needed.
• Manage projects within established timelines, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Review, approve and maintain project and corporate systems and documentation.
• Handle client escalations independently and coordinate with internal and client teams to resolve.
• Maintain quality of communication with clients and serve as the primary contact for assigned projects.
• Oversee financial health: vendor services, licensing, payments, invoicing, devices, resources and vendor management.
• Collaborate with other functions to meet timelines and budget.
• Document Incident Reports with Quality Management and client notification/closure.
