BairesDev is seeking a Full-stack Python AI Engineer to own end-to-end features for an enterprise AI assistant serving thousands of employees. You will work on agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and the API services, with regular frontend validation against evaluation sets.

The role offers a backend-focused stack with frontend involvement and potential growth from Senior to Principal. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Python, production LLM experience, React/TypeScript skills, AWS

Formación

• 5+ years of Python development with backend focus.
• Production experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript with frontend involvement.
• Experience with AWS and cloud deployments.
• Fluent English and ability to work PST hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end for an enterprise AI assistant.
• Integrate agent and skill components, RAG pipelines, API services.
• Develop frontend interfaces within a design system.
• Balance backend (~70%) and frontend (~30%) work across the stack.
