Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Chief Full Stack Software Engineer to lead frontend UX patterns, reusable libraries, and full-stack delivery across React/TypeScript/Vue and Python microservices on AWS.

You will architect GenAI-powered applications with fast UIs, implement LLM-driven features, and collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate AI UX patterns while upholding security, accessibility, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise frontend experience with React/TypeScript/Vue
• 3+ years integrating GenAI features and LLM APIs
• 3+ years Python backend with AWS, Docker, REST APIs
• Strong design systems and reusable components
• B2+ English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Architect GenAI web apps with fast UIs and API integrations
• Build responsive frontend experiences optimized for streaming and low latency
• Develop reusable frontend components and design systems for enterprise apps
• Implement LLM-driven features using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate AI UX patterns
• Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and test coverage
• Deliver high-performance UIs for AI interaction patterns
• Maintain shared UI libraries for GenAI capabilities
• Deliver UI components that increase transparency and user trust in AI outputs
