EPAM Systems is seeking a JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to build accessible UIs and reliable JVM- and TypeScript-based services on cloud infrastructure. You will implement features, develop backend services, and contribute to shared libraries across AWS environments and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes strong TypeScript/React skills, UI accessibility, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on testing and documentation.

Competenze

• 2+ years of full-stack web engineering experience with production systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, including state management.
• Good understanding of UI accessibility patterns and browser performance optimization.
• Backend skills in Java or Kotlin on the JVM, or TypeScript for shared libraries.
• Experience with gRPC + protobuf, HTTP, and REST.
• Hands-on experience working with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Practical cloud platform experience using AWS, containers, and CI/CD as a consumer.
• Solid testing habits across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Good collaboration and communication skills within a team.
• Clear technical writing skills for feature documentation and operational notes.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+ level).

Mansioni

• Implement full-stack features that meet product needs, following established patterns and best practices.
• Build TypeScript and React components with accessible UI patterns and good client performance
• Develop backend services and contribute to shared libraries using Java or Kotlin on the JVM, and TypeScript where appropriate
• Work with service-to-service communication using gRPC/protobuf and integrate HTTP/REST APIs
• Work with data in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL to support product features and reliability
• Work within AWS environments, containers, and CI/CD pipelines to ship changes safely
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to protect quality and delivery speed
• Participate in technical discussions and design reviews with your team
• Contribute to observability and debuggability through structured logging and tracing practices
• Document features, interfaces, and operational notes to support ongoing maintenance
