EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior JavaScript Full-Stack Developer with AWS experience to join our team in Chile. You will contribute across the stack, shaping frontend experiences and backend services while guiding architectural decisions for a scalable platform.

You will design production-ready web apps, implement robust APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish platform standards and best practices. Strong TypeScript/React skills and JVM backend experience are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional full-stack web engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, including state management and performance optimization.
• Backend experience in Kotlin or Java on the JVM; API development with gRPC/HTTP/REST.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and ship production-ready full-stack web applications.
• Build accessible, performant user interfaces using TypeScript and modern component frameworks.
• Develop and maintain backend services on JVM or with shared TypeScript libraries.
• Design and evolve data models across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and integrate APIs using gRPC, protobuf, HTTP, and REST.
• Deploy and operate applications on AWS using containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply caching, queuing, and eventual-consistency strategies to ensure scalability.
• Maintain strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical direction and platform standards.
