AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Social Community to own how we appear and engage across all guest and owner touchpoints globally. You will shape where we belong, how we sound, and how we convert great stays into lasting relationships.

You are the first hire in this function with day-one budget for tools and testing, reporting to the VP of Growth. This role is fully remote and open to global candidates outside the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience building online communities from zero.
• Ability to adapt brand voice across platforms.
• Proven track record of growing engagement for consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and own brand voice for replies, DMs, threads.
• Build and manage communities across platforms.
• Provide listening insights to Marketing, Ops and Revenue.
• Set playbooks for engagement, moderation and escalation.
• Drive reputation and guest advocacy through proactive actions.
• Experiment with new engagement tactics within budget.
• Create a scalable playbook that proves community drives business.
