Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients, architect AI-enabled systems, and ship production-grade solutions. You will balance consultant, operator, and engineer roles, tackling data, retrieval, and model behavior to deliver trustworthy AI outcomes.

You will work across regulated environments and with Fortune 500 clients while owning discovery conversations and delivering end-to-end architectures from problem framing to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience shipping production AI solutions and working with LLMs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI-enabled systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover and define AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.
• Architect agentic systems end-to-end with retrieval and context handling.
• Build and deploy agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD, prompt/versioning, and release gating for AI systems.
• Operate Day 2: observability, cost management, drift, and handoffs to client teams.
• Present to executives and defend architectural choices in pre-sales and delivery.
