Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams, architect AI-powered solutions, and deliver end-to-end systems that survive production. You will combine consulting, engineering, and operational work to validate business value in production environments.

You will work with Fortune 500 clients, regulators, and enterprise stakeholders to design data- and retrieval-driven architectures, ensuring trustworthy agent behavior and scalable deployments across complex domains.

Qualifications

Advanced English is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of software development experience.
4+ years shipping agentic AI solutions.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, N8N, or MCP/LLM APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Discover with business, data, and engineering stakeholders and assess data readiness honestly.
Structure processes and specs for automated business workflows.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on data, retrieval, and context.
Build working AI-enabled systems and evaluation tooling.
Own CI/CD for AI-enabled products, including prompt/versioning and eval suites.
Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, drift, and cost control.
Support pre-sales scoping and technical proposal defense.
