FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect systems, and deliver production-ready solutions. You operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, capable of validating business cases with executives and shipping scoped work quickly.

You will own end-to-end architecture, integration, and delivery pipelines in regulated environments while collaborating with CTOs and VPs.

Formación

• Advanced English is required and a four-year college degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience with AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and shaping technical roadmaps.
• Strong background in APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of CI/CD pipelines and delivery in complex environments.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and manage scope without heavy supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Discover AI problems with stakeholders and separate genuine AI needs from workflow issues.
• Structure processes and create specifications that AI systems can reliably execute against.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context, and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automation, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD and deployment environments for delivered solutions.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership; defend decisions and quantify impact.
