BairesDev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and deploy multi-step agentic systems for complex business challenges. You will transform AI prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions that interface with customer environments.
The role emphasizes Python proficiency, advanced transformer knowledge, and hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. This is a 100% remote position with competitive USD compensation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python and transformer architectures.
- Experience with agent orchestration and observability for long-running workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Develop multi-agent coordination strategies and orchestration layers for long-running tasks.
- Enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic tool calling within AI systems.
- Optimize agent performance and reliability via observability and transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business value and requirements.
- Establish governance and safety guardrails for secure, scalable agent deployments.
