Snibe seeks a regional support engineer for the Maglumi systems in Chile. You will coordinate with regional sales and distributors, perform on-site and online technical support, and ensure smooth operation of the Maglumi platform to satisfy end-users and distributors.

You will promote reagent parameters, gather installation data, and train local engineers while maintaining strong relations with distributor teams. Role requires independent work under pressure and strong communication skills.

Formación

• ≥5 years’ experience in the IVD field with strong technical skills.
• Bachelor degree or above in a related subject.
• Experience with total laboratory automation in biochemistry & immunology is preferred.
• Good communication skills and hard working.

Responsabilidades

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user.
• Responsible for regional technical support (online or on-site); ensure Maglumi system works properly.
• Promote reagent parameters and improve reagent consumption per analyzer.
• Collect Maglumi installation information and follow up reference customers.
• Provide service training to local engineers and coordinate with engineers from different distributors.
• Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return parts promptly; follow up complaints.
• Other tasks as assigned by Snibe.

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user;
• Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user;
• Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer;
• Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;
• Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills;
• Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains;
• Other tasks needed from Snibe

Requirement

• Above 5 years’ experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Bachelor degree or above in related subject
• Candidates with service experience in total laboratory automation line (biochemistry & immunology) are preferred
• Good communication skills and hard working
