United Imaging Healthcare - Latin America is seeking an installation technician to deploy UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. You will work in close collaboration with the Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update modalities under supervision.

Your role includes completing service trainings toward the UIH Professional Certificate, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution.

Formación

• Technical associate’s degree or higher.
• Familiar with diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/MR/PET/Ultrasound).
• Strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot faults in the field.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented service mindset.
• Willing to travel and work unsociable hours.
• Valid driving license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

Qualification Requirements:

• Technical associate’s degree or above;
• Familiar with the principle and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/ MR/PET//Ultrasound, etc.). Good IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills;
• Have the ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, good customer-oriented service manner, excellent team cooperation spirit;
• A flexible approach to work, travel and unsociable hours;
• Valid driving license and good driving record.
