Visa Santiago de Chile office is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Country Manager. The role includes coordinating executive communications, preparing documents for partners, scheduling meetings, and managing travel itineraries.
It also covers arranging corporate events and ongoing office administration. The candidate will be based in Santiago and will work on-site with at least 3 days in the office, as advised by the Hiring Manager.
