Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of mining project experience.
• At least 5 years leading teams.
• English & Spanish written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team or teams across the project lifecycle.
• Translate strategy into operational plans for the department and ensure delivery per requirements.
• Manage contract execution, risk, and stakeholder engagement to maximise performance.
