Formación

• Must have strong experience in leading complex programs across multiple engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs from planning to deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering units and stakeholders.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps aligned with long-term technology strategy.
• Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve efficiency and velocity.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies affecting timelines and stability.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive leadership and partners.
