Andes Path is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our software and systems teams while maintaining high standards of technical excellence and delivery.

In this role, you will bridge technical strategy and team execution, shaping our engineering culture, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring engineers have the environment to excel. A fast-moving studio in LATAM values low-ego, pragmatic leadership and strong collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Engineering Management experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices and distributed systems.
• Proven mentoring, performance management, and high-trust culture-building.
• Experience driving agile development and complex projects from conception to production.
• Fluent English communication skills bridging technical and business teams.
• Pragmatic, low-ego leadership in a fast-moving studio environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of software and systems engineers, guiding career development and giving actionable feedback.
• Partner with Technical Leads to review architectures, ensure code quality, and scale engineering practices.
• Remove blockers, manage cross-pod dependencies, and maintain smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Product Leads to scope initiatives and balance tech debt with features.
• Shape culture by hiring, onboarding, and driving continuous improvement across LATAM.
• Stay technically sharp and participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
