Tractebel is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager for a Critical Infrastructure & Data Center project in Santiago, Chile. This on-site role focuses on end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely material delivery and alignment with project requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in procurement, 5–7 years in large-scale construction, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will lead supplier sourcing, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with multidisciplinary

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
10+ years of procurement and supply chain experience in Chile or LATAM.
5–7 years direct experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
On-site work in a dynamic project environment.

Responsabilidades

Manage all procurement and supply chain activities for the project, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes in alignment with project needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Coordinate with project teams to align procurement activities with schedules and technical requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and manage risks related to supply chain and logistics.
Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company procurement policies.
