Bechtel Corporation seeks a senior estimator to provide technical guidance across projects and business lines, ensuring consistent cost estimation practices. You will review capital cost estimates, cash flow, working capital assessments, and help prepare estimate documentation to drive profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting capital cost estimates.
• Reviewing design scope criteria and developing quantities for undefined scope assumptions in coordination with other stakeholders/departments.
• Participating in establishing pricing structures to be applied to quantities for estimates.
• Conducting detailed pricing for non-manual labor services using functional staffing and other direct cost (ODC) inputs.
• Developing pricing/rates to apply to non-manual staffing in support of project-specific requirements.
• Preparing estimate basis and assumption documentation for their area of responsibility.
• Supporting complex order of magnitude (OOM) estimates.
• Preparing cost studies, trend estimates, and life cycle cost estimates in specialized areas or in specialized discipline area.
• Identifying risk items and assigning risk levels to portions of the project work and identifying measures to mitigate risk in area of responsibility.
• Interfacing with designated management personnel on specific sections of estimate presentations.
