Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in SaaS/tech.

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site leader for the Santiago office and cross-functional teams.
• Lead local Support and Services teams to accelerate customer success and maximize revenue.
• Own site operations, facilities, and employee experience in Santiago.
• Partner with People/HR on hiring, onboarding and retention in Chile.
• Represent PagerDuty externally with government bodies, industry groups and partners.
