PagerDuty, Inc. seeks an experienced Director to lead Customer Success and serve as the Chile Country Manager, overseeing Chilean teams and the Santiago office. The role requires alignment with global leaders and a focus on delivering a unified customer experience while driving growth.

You will manage local operations, budgets, and Talent initiatives, collaborating with sales, engineering, and solutions consulting to reduce churn and expand revenue in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS or tech.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience leading post-sales customer success and services teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across multiple domains.

Responsabilités

• Lead and unify Customer Success, Support and Professional Services in Chile.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to maximize revenue and minimize churn.
• Own site operations, facilities, and local compliance for the Santiago office.
• Partner with HR on local hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
