McKinsey & Company in Santiago de Chile seeks a senior professional to advance risk and resilience initiatives. You will develop specialized expertise in collections strategies, solve complex problems, and advise clients to enable transformational change.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
Minimum of 10+ years in collections or related risk areas in a BPO/outsourcing environment.
Experience managing teams and leading people.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects and drive change.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks or projects concurrently.
Excellent communication skills for training and facilitating discussions.

Responsabilidades

Maintain deep, specialized expertise in evaluating collection strategies.
Serve as trusted advisor to clients to drive change and lasting impact.
Lead opportunities and transformational initiatives with core clients on a director-level basis.
Gather, analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations.
Communicate recommendations to support top management-level strategic decisions.
