• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in Collections in BPOs.
• Experience managing people.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels.
• Strong project and change management skill.
• Independent self-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
