McKinsey & Company in Santiago de Chile seeks a senior professional to advance risk and resilience initiatives. You will develop specialized expertise in collections strategies, solve complex problems, and advise clients to enable transformational change.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in collections or related risk areas in a BPO/outsourcing environment.
  • Experience managing teams and leading people.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive change.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks or projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and facilitating discussions.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain deep, specialized expertise in evaluating collection strategies.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients to drive change and lasting impact.
  • Lead opportunities and transformational initiatives with core clients on a director-level basis.
  • Gather, analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations.
  • Communicate recommendations to support top management-level strategic decisions.

You will maintain deep, specialized expertise in evaluating collection strategies and use that expertise to solve problems and serve as trusted advisor to clients to create change and lasting impact. You will spend time creating opportunities and driving transformational impact with a set of core clients in a director role. Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations to support top management-level strategic decisions. You’ll work with our Risk & Resilience Practice in our Santiago de Chile office. This global practice supports clients in many different industries facing challenges of developing and implementing tailored concepts for risk recognition, measurement, and control.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in business‑related fields; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years’ experience in Collections in BPOs
  • Experience managing people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels
  • Strong project and change management skill
  • Independent self‑management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Capable of executing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Strong communications skills to facilitate discussions and conduct training
