You'll design models in Python with scikit-learn, build dashboards with Looker/Tableau/Mode, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs while managing the full data science lifecycle remotely for global impact.

As a Data Science Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of classical machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will translate raw data into actionable insights, ensuring that data-driven experimentation and statistical rigor guide strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy classical machine learning models using Python and scikit-learn to drive business value.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and execute A/B testing to validate product and business hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode to communicate performance metrics.
• Perform feature engineering and data transformation using SQL to optimize model performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and provide data-backed strategic recommendations.
• Manage the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data collection and exploration to model deployment and monitoring.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related analytical field.
• Proven expertise in developing classical ML models using Python, SQL, and scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and feature engineering techniques.
• Experience producing business-facing insights and dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
