Senior Data Modeler at BairesDev, you will own the data modeling of an MDM implementation, collaborating with data modelers and a project manager to deliver structured, governance-driven data across the organization.

You will design and maintain models across multiple data sources using Erwin, apply insurance-domain knowledge, and create visualizations to clearly communicate data relationships to stakeholders in a 100% remote, flexible environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling or data architecture.
• Deep expertise in data modeling concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeling.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Background in data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll own the data modeling of an MDM implementation, working across different data sources alongside a team of data modelers under a project manager. Using Erwin as the primary modeling platform, you'll design and maintain data models that bring structure, consistency, and clarity to complex enterprise data landscapes.
