Sezzle is seeking a Data Analyst to drive business outcomes through analytics in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting. You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal and People Operations to define metrics, build reporting solutions, and deliver actionable analyses.

Formación

• Degree in statistics, math, actuarial science, economics, data science, computer science or related quantitative discipline
• Master’s degree or 3+ years of professional experience working with data
• Expert in using SQL to extract data and create actionable data sets
• Experience with Python for data processing and analytics
• Ability to complete analyses with minimal guidance
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker or Power BI
• Comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong business judgment and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with business teams to understand analytics needs and priorities
• Create analyses and reporting at scale to support strategic initiatives
• Visualize and communicate analytics results clearly to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities through data analysis and data-driven insights
• Create, monitor, and review reports and dashboards; fix issues and conduct root cause analyses
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and develop scalable analytics workflows
