Sezzle is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the merchant relationship from pre-sale through live integration and beyond. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to design custom merchant integrations on web, mobile, and in-store platforms.

You’ll lead demos, craft technical proposals, and ensure successful implementation for national retailers and high-volume brands with complex stacks.

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android.
• Experience supporting enterprise merchants through complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API documentation.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce or Wix.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows: cart, checkout, payments, refunds.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort managing several merchant integrations simultaneously.
• Ability to read code in at least one language.
• Experience using AI tools for research and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants and map to Sezzle integrations.
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for stakeholders.
• Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins.
• Write technical proposals and complete RFP responses and security questionnaires.
• Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDK implementation and in-app checkout.
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch.
• Troubleshoot live integration issues with Support and Engineering.
• Translate merchant needs into product feedback and drive fixes.
• Maintain integration documentation and runbooks for scale.
• Act as trusted technical advisor after launch.
