Formación

• 1-3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong ETL development and data integration experience.
• Hands-on SQL for data analysis, transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies, including Lambda, EMR, and CloudWatch.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role

As a member of the Digital Platforms & Insights team, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions that empower stakeholders across the organization. You will partner closely with business experts to understand requirements, develop meaningful metrics, and deliver actionable insights through modern cloud-based technologies.

You are someone who naturally thinks in SQL, enjoys uncovering patterns in data, and understands that great insights begin with well-engineered data foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines using AWS technologies.
• Build scalable and efficient SQL solutions in AWS Athena.
• Develop automated workflows to improve data processing, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automated jobs and data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across platforms.

Analytics & Insights

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Execute ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
• Query and investigate data to answer business questions and support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and workbooks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visualizations and data stories.
• Continuously improve reporting solutions to enhance business visibility and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Experience working with AWS cloud technologies, including:
• Lambda
• EMR
• CloudWatch
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud-native analytics architectures and modern data platforms.
