Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Finance role in Chile to support global risk reporting and portfolio health analyses. The position emphasizes data-driven insights, customer focus, and thorough documentation of communication with stakeholders.

Formación

Role Definition

Provides first line of support, coordination of services, problem resolution and/or recommendations on selected products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries.
  • Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
  • Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
  • Processing results from analysis of data.
  • Execution of customer service standard processes.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and relationships.
  • Knowledge and development of key reports to manage, measure, and monitor global risk exposures with adherence to reporting requirements, policies, and controls.
  • Manage the processes and procedures supporting the accuracy and timely communication of the portfolio health results.
  • Analyze business requirements and analytical needs, providing metrics, insights, and reports for an appropriate decision-making process.

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights. Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.
Basic requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Control Management Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to quickly learn new analytical tools and techniques. Intermediate level of English.
