Marriott International's W Hotels in Santiago, Chile, seeks a kitchen team member to prepare ingredients, cook according to recipes, and manage station setup.

You will operate ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers, monitor food quality, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety policies. A minimum of 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma are expected. This is a full-time on-site role at Las Condes.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience stated.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test foods for doneness.
• Set up and break down work stations; maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and tools.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions to manager.
