Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables and weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment.
