Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven track record in scaling operations and managing complex functions.
• Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership or Lean Six Sigma beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and control daily activities across Operations, HR, IT.
• Translate the CEO vision into actionable operational plans.
• Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget.
• Mentor department heads and foster accountability.
