Position Overview

Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO. The COO ensures efficient execution of strategy, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Management
  • Direct and control daily activities across Operations, HR, IT, and core business functions.
  • Design and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance and continuity.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Translate the CEO‑vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
  • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure supporting sustainable growth.
• Financial & Resource Stewardship
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
  • Allocate internal resources effectively to support strategic projects and operations.
• Talent & Culture Development
  • Mentor department heads and senior leadership, fostering accountability and continuous development.
  • Act as champion of core values, ensuring a high‑performance culture and high employee engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Operational Expertise: Proven track record in scaling operations and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
• Leadership ability to mentor senior managers and lead large teams.
• Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt highly beneficial.
