FLSmidth SAMER is seeking a Liner Support Team Member to deliver high-quality 3D scan processing and wear analysis for crushing operations. You will translate field data into valuable insights, collaborating with regional colleagues and Global & Central Engineering to improve liner performance and customer productivity.

The role entails performing 3D scans at mine sites, reviewing scan quality, and supporting wear reports.

Formación

• Strong technical background in crusher and mill liners, able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Proven experience with 3D scanning and wear analysis.
• Solid understanding of installed base and service operations.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and field data.
• Structured and detail-oriented working approach.
• Strong collaboration skills in regional and global teams.
• Proficiency with CAD or engineering tools is an advantage.
• Able to travel up to 75% for domestic travels.
• Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.

As Liner Support Team Member in SAMER, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality 3D scan processing and wear analysis that directly improves customer productivity and liner performance. Working closely with regional colleagues and Global & Central Engineering, you will transform field data into valuable insights, enabling data-driven decisions and sustainable service solutions across crushing operations. The Liner Support Team supports the Crushing Consumables Service Lines Crushing & Milling by delivering reliable 3D scanning, wear analysis, and technical inputs for customer reporting, proposals, and global engineering initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans at mine sites
• Review and assure quality of incoming 3D scans
• Process scan data to support standard and advanced wear reports
