The role requires market insight, dealer network oversight, and strong leadership to drive targets, customer satisfaction, and brand integrity across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of automotive sales experience (OEM or dealer group).
• Strong leadership and results orientation with English and Spanish proficiency (Chinese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking to support commercial decision making.
• Define and execute annual and monthly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and implement localized sales strategies, commercial policies, and incentive plans.
• Oversee dealer sales performance, supply availability, and inventory health.
• Ensure effective execution of customer satisfaction programs, including NPS and feedback management.
• Monitor commercial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Act as a brand ambassador and reference point for the sales organization.
• Perform other duties inherent to the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive sales (OEM or dealer group), Prior consideration will be given to applicants with working experience in luxury.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and results orientation.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Chinese is a plus.
