EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Engagement Consultant to guide Google Cloud modernization and AI initiatives. You will lead end-to-end pipeline creation, collaborate with client teams on co-sell motions, and advise executives from VP to C-level across strategic opportunities.

Bring a builder mindset and strong business development instincts to drive growth in cloud, AI, and digital transformation, with the ability to travel as needed and engage across multiple industries.

Formación

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation with focus on Google Cloud and AI.
• Hands-on background in cloud migrations and engineering processes.
• Google Cloud certifications such as Cloud Professional Architect or Gemini Enterprise.
• 5+ years driving cloud business growth in professional services or enterprise engineering.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with revenue accountability.
• Strong business development instincts including proactive pipeline creation and co-sell.
• Willingness to travel onsite as needed and fluency in English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Drive opportunities end-to-end from qualification to win strategy.
• Lead pursuit efforts and coordinate solution architects, delivery, and EPAM units.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to move pursuits forward.
• Own revenue targets within verticals and manage a proactive pipeline.
• Embed in top accounts to create joint EPAM-client strategies and land-and-expand motions.
• Advise senior stakeholders from VP to C-level and position EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Lead joint GTM motions and co-sell opportunities with the client.
