EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across key accounts, ensuring governance, quality, and strong client engagement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive scalable architectures, and mentor delivery managers while aligning with EPAM processes and agile methods.

The role emphasizes hands-on data engineering insight, cloud migration awareness, and effective stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years managing data and analytics projects.
• Experience with batch and streaming data ingestion & processing.
• Proven leadership across big data stacks.
• Strong written and spoken English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Own solution delivery for designated accounts as the accountable lead.
• Maintain governance over delivery and production processes according to the selected model.
• Coordinate allocation of resources ensuring skillsets and seniority fit delivery roadmaps.
• Lead technical planning for scalable architectures and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Encourage cooperation among various disciplines and stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long-lasting client partnerships.
• Manage client issues and reduce risks in engagements.
• Coordinate the development of proposals and statements of work for customers.
• Ensure projects follow EPAM’s processes and agile methodologies.
• Oversee client responsibilities within engagements.
• Design delivery plans with estimations on timing, quality, and resource needs.
• Implement ongoing delivery risk management for proactive decision-making.
• Monitor and improve delivery productivity metrics.
• Assist sales efforts and contribute expertise to bid submissions.
• Mentor other delivery managers to enhance team capabilities.
• Participate in EPAM-wide delivery management forums.
