Thales Group is seeking a Sales Engineer for LATAM to act as the trusted technical advisor across discovery, PoV, demos, and value engagements. You will design architectures, lead compelling demonstrations, and position Thales's cloud security and data protection solutions as the clear answer to customers' challenges.

This hybrid role in Santiago, Chile requires 5+ years in pre‑sales, strength in English and Spanish, and hands‑on cloud/container experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).

Qualificações

• 5+ years in pre‑sales roles within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with WAF, Bot Management or DDoS solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of HSMs, Web App Security or related certifications.
• Awareness of PCI/SOX/HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof‑of‑value.
• Translate complex concepts into clear business value for technical and C‑suite audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Design tailored solutions addressing security and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep Thales solutions cutting edge.
